FAQ

How do I create an account?

We want to make shopping at Spreegirl.com as easy as possible. To create an account, simply sign up under New Account. Please use a valid email address and create your personal password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We'll shoot an email back to you confirming you've set everything up correctly.

Why should I create an account?

For the perks, of course! Creating an account with Spreegirl.com will allow you to save multiple shipping addresses, track your order, set your emailing preferences, and save your shopping bag for the next time you log in. You can also email a friend if you find something you like for them or if you need a second opinion for yourself.

How do I make changes to my account profile?

Log into your account and click on "Update" under the Account Profile. After you have made any changes be sure to click "Update Profile".

What if I forget my password?

Simply go to the sign-in page on our page, enter your email, and click "Forget your password?". An email will automatically be sent to your account which will enable you to reset your password.

How do I checkout?

Once you have finished shopping, you can click on the words "CheckOut", located at the top right corner of each page. An order summary is listed on this page, and you can change your order quantity. If you update your order quantity be sure to click "Apply changes". Once you are satisfied with your order, click "Confirm" to continue checking out.

Where is my order?

To check the status of your order, login in to your account and follow the link Check Order Status. Type in the order number you received from us when you made your purchase and you can see if it's been submitted, if it's already been shipping, and when you should be getting it. If there are any problems and you don't see your order, please contact customerservice@spreegirl.com and we'll look into it for you.

How are your garments sized?

What are my shipping options and how is it charged?

All orders will be shipping out within two business days of receiving the order. For orders shipping in the US, it will be sent UPS or USPS. For international orders, they will go out USPS.

How do I pay?

Spreegirl accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept cash, COD, check, or money order. To order with a Spreegirl gift certificate, please call Spreegirl customer service at 626-371-1980, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, and it depends on where you live. Taxes that appear on your online order are approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped. Orders shipped to AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, RI, SD, TX, UT, VA or WA will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within ten working days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and a copy of the invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at Spreegirl.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from spreegirl.com.
